Refund policy

Damaged Goods - 

In the unlikely event that any of your pieces arrive damaged, please contact us at info@sorbet-ceramics.com.au within 24 hours with photos of the pieces and we will offer a store credit or refund upon return and examination of the pieces. Do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged.

​Change Of Mind Returns - 

Change of mind returns are accepted within 7 days, however the customer must provide the cost of return shipping and the item must be packaged back up in it's original packaging. A refund will be provided once the item has been received. No refunds accepted on sale items.

Care Instructions -

Please note all pieces are handmade, and should be handled with care. All work, unless otherwise noted, is food-safe. We strongly recommend hand-washing items, though they are dishwasher safe. Tableware is not oven safe. If you have further questions about the care of your work, please contact us :)

Goods may slightly differ in size, shape or colour. The differences are the natural and expected effect of handmade products.
